We helped Liuyishou Hotpot, a chain restaurant with over 1000 stores around the world, localized their food supply chain strategy in North America. Supported by our insightful data analysis, S&OP optimization advice, and local resource connection, Liuyishou Hotpot ensured both food safety and operational efficiency. This built the foundation for the company’s upcoming global expansion.

Executive Education

We designed a one-week overseas executive education program for Chinese foodservice industry leaders. We partnered with California State University - Fresno, the Culinary Institute of America, and representatives from the foodservice industry in the United States, to facilitate in-depth discussions between American experts and the Chinese delegation on topics related to supply chain, food science, food safety, consumer trends, and potential business opportunities.

Networking Event

We led a four-day networking activity throughout China for professors from the Food Science and Nutrition Department of the California State University - Fresno. The purpose of this tour was to design an exchange program for the department’s students and to promote talent development on a global scale. As a result, faculties from Fresno State and Sichuan Tourism College reached an agreement on collaboration.
